So thank you, for buying your clothes more in the sense of as it was a piece of art and not a bunch of tomatoes that are about to mold (really nothing against tomatoes btw, or the ones growing or selling them, it's just a different story, there were many moments when I wished I would have produced tomato sauce or have a Banana Plantage instead of a fashion brand!!)
Back to the point.
Ok we understand, that even knowing all this above, we still also know that not everyone in this world can afford the luxury of beautiful things.
And that we are using resources that would be needed somewhere else for more existential things, you have the picture.
Ok let's be brutal, the world would be cleaner without all the art, design, architecture, technology.
That's true. For suuuuure.
As much as it would be better not to have pets, not to eat meat, not go on vacation, have heating and air conditioning, hot showers and make up, cellphones, computers etc. The list is endless of course.
All the things that make our life as human beings more enjoyable. To be straight - we should all go back to that cave (maybe it would not even be that bad actually, I can picture myself somehow on that bear fur next to a fire waiting for my husband to come back from hunting haha)
But in the end this is not what we want.
We like progress, we are too curious to find out where we can go as human beings.
We like the evolution.
