RETAIL UNITS

For all the retail units we offer two different types of contracts.
Please note in your application if you want only a short term contract.
For any type tell us preferred length and start date.
After approval of your application we will issue the contract

LONG TERM CONTRACTS

Long term contracts are ongoing contracts terminable with 2 months notice

IMPORTANT

  • Long term contracts are for ALL Designers, US and International
  • you can send us your goods WITHOUT being present in NY
  • once you have signed and payed the deposit we will send you shipping instructions
  • be sure your goods arrive around 1 week before your contract starts to give us enough time to merchandize it perfectly and prepare the sales
  • All furniture and necessary display units, sales staff, payment system are provided by TALENTHOUSE (you cannot bring/use your own unless otherwise confirmed by us)
  • You can book our meeting rooms during the time of your contract
  • All shipping costs and import duties have to be covered by you
  • if you want to be present or send sales staff - you can but we will keep the freedom to send you away anytime if we see fit
  • NO SALES COMMISSION IS TAKEN - payout is the first week of the consecetive month by wire transfer
  • Storage space is available
  • your access to the space is limited to the opening hours

DEPOSIT

  • For long term contracts 2 months deposit is required 3 days after signing the contract
  • The deposits will be considered as the last 2 months rent

Example:
Our contract starts in July
you have payed us 2 months deposit in June to secure your spot
1st of July you pay us 1 month rent
If you want to terminate your contract you could give us notice by end of July
August / September we use your deposit as rent

SHORT TERM CONTRACTS

IMPORTANT

  • short term / limited time contracts are ONLY for NY Designers
  • You have to bring your goods to TALENTHOUSE and install it yourself
  • Furnitures, Steamers, Sales staff and payment system is provided by TALENTHOUSE (you cannot bring your own, exceptions can be made)
  • if you want to be present or send sales staff - you can but we will keep the freedom to send you away anytime if we see fit
  • NO SALES COMMISSION IS TAKEN - payout is the first week of the consecetive month
  • Storage space is available
  • your access to the space is limited to the opening hours

DEPOSIT

  • For short term Contracts no deposits is required but payment has to be made upfront, withing 3 days after signing the contract

SURCHARGES
For short term contracts we will surcharge the following

1 MONTH
SURCHARGE 10%

example Unit price is 2500 for long term contracts  - 1 Month is 2500 + 250 = 2750 USD

2 WEEKS
SURCHARGE 15%

example Unit price is 2500 for long term contracts  - 2 Weeks is 1250 + 187 = 1437 USD

1 WEEK
SURCHARGE 20%

example Unit price is 2500 for long term contracts  - 1 Week is 625 + 125 = 750 USD

 

WORKSPACE

For our co-working spaces we only offer long term contracts, terminable with 2 months notice

LONG TERM CONTRACTS

  • All furniture is provided by TALENTHOUSE
  • You can book our meeting rooms during the time of your contract
  • You can use the TALENTHOUSE address as your business address
  • We will grant you 24/7 access to the space - but meeting hours (guests) are limited to the opening hours
